Applying to medical school is no easy feat. Congrats for making it to the end! There are many different outcomes, but the bottomline is that you made it this far.
Congratulations on your multiple acceptances to medical school! Here are some important deadlines to be aware of:
April 15: Narrow your decision down to 3 schools.
April 30: Pick one school to "Plan to Enroll" at in the Choose Your Medical School tool in AMCAS®.
School-specific deadline: "Commit to Enroll" to your school in the Choose Your Medical School tool.
Don't forget to send any transcripts, immunizations, background checks, or any other information that your school requires from you! Make sure to submit any relevant financial aid applications (such as FAFSA® and school-specific financial aid applications) and any graduate housing applications if you want to live on campus.
Also, as a courtesy to other applicants (especially those on waitlists), please contact any schools as soon as you know you will be declining their offer of admission.

One possible outcome of the application cycle is being waitlisted to a medical school. If enough people decline their offers of admission to that school, you have an opportunity of receiving an offer of admission. Typically, students do not get off waitlists until April 30, which is the final day that students with an admission offer can choose which school they want to attend.
While many waitlists are ranked (they have a general order in which they will accept students off of a waitlist), you can do a few things to maximize your chances of getting off of the waitlist.
First and foremost, accept the waitlist if you want to attend the school. If you have not received any other offers of admission or if you have accepted an offer of admission, but would attend the waitlist school if you were accepted, then make sure to accept the waitlist.
Secondly, send a letter of intent to the school, explaining why you want to attend. This lets the school know that you are still very interested in getting in, and that you will attend the school if you receive an acceptance.
Some schools have rules about letters of intent (ex.: they only accept them after April 30), so check to see what your school's policies are before sending one.
Thousands of applicants each year have to reapply, and that is totally okay! We know so many students who strengthened their applications and reapplied successfully.
Reach out to schools you applied to, and some of them will provide feedback for improving your application! Some may suggest you retake the MCAT®, or may suggest improving your interview skills.
