We are a group of students recently admitted to MD programs in the United States, and we're excited to give back to the pre-medical community!
All of us had the same goal of getting into medical school, but there were so many things we all wish we knew going into the medical school admissions cycle. When should I get involved with research? Should I volunteer at the hospital? What materials do I need to create a competitive application? While there is no one correct path to medical school, we strive to share our honest experiences with being pre-medical students.
We firmly believe in making these resources accessible to everyone. All of the information that we found was compiled from our own experiences and from resources publicly available on the Internet. We understand that not everybody can afford to hire a consultant, and we wanted to be able to help as many students as possible.
While you may find these resources helpful, we also cannot guarantee that these resources will get you into medical school. Ultimately, there are going to be things that are specific to your experience with which we may not be able to help you. However, we will do our best to provide as much general information as we can!
